轉知境外結構型商品重要訊息:近日標準普爾 (S&P)調低法國興業銀行評等

法國興業銀行獲悉標準普爾(Standard & Poor’s)把其長期評等從A+調降至 A（穏定展望）之決定。 由於標準普爾所採用之評等方法把法國政府對法國興業銀行之系統性支持納入其評估因素中，是以此次法國興業銀行長期評等之調降係為標準普爾最近把法國主權評等調低後之直接結果。因此，本行評等調降已廣為投資人所預期。在當前各銀行評等皆被下調之環境下，法國興業銀行仍然擁有在歐洲以及世界上穏健的信用評等。

SG Statement : Societe Generale acknowledges the downgrade of its long-term rating by one notch to A from A+ with a stable perspective. This downgrade is a direct consequence of the methodology used by S&P, which builds into our rating an element of systemic support by the French state, whose own sovereign rating has been recently cut. As such, the lowering of our credit rating was already widely expected by investors. In an environment in which banks' ratings are all being lowered, Societe Generale retains a rating which is among the most solid in Europe and in the world.
